The CSX’s Board of Directors
  • The CSX’s Board of Directors is composed of seven people, including the Chairman, the Vice Chairman (who is also the COO), and the CEO.The Chairman and the CEO are nominated by the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) whereas the Vice Chairman is nominated by the Korea Exchange (KRX).
  • The remaining four members are non-standing External Directors, two of whom are nominated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and the other two are nominated by the KRX.
