| 3 - Reason | On 26th January 2022, the Royal Group of Companies, represented by INTER LOGISTICS (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., has officially takeover the shares of Lok Chumteav Okhna LIM CHHIV HO with formal approval obtained from SERC and CSX on the shares transfer that was appropriately completed on this date. With the above shares transferred, subsequently the RGS represented by INTER LOGISTICS (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., has become the controlling shareholder of PPSP, resulted Royal Group became the controlling shareholder in PPSP, and the Royal Group Chairman Neak Oknha Kith Meng then appointed as our (new) Chairman in PPSP subsequent to the above movements in shareholding. The PPSP Board has then decided to change the company name from PPSP with the “Royal Group” PPSP added in front of our existing company name, so as to reflect that we are now part of the “Royal Group of Companies”. |
